— · Why I built it
I built the tool I wanted for my own store.
I'm Finn. I run an archive clothing store called innocences, out of Toronto. DEADSTOCK started as the thing I wished existed, and now other sellers use it too.
How I got here
I've been into clothes my whole life. Mostly through friends, I got deeper and deeper into it, into the designers and the history and the pieces that are hard to find. At some point I looked at my closet and realised I had a lot of really cool stuff I just wasn't wearing. So I started selling it.
Selling pulled me into the marketplace side of it, and I liked being part of that too. My store, innocences, is where that ended up: Rick Owens, Raf, Margiela, Japanese labels, the kind of pieces I'd want to find myself.
The gap
Once I was selling on my own Shopify store, I kept running into the same thing. Grailed is where a lot of the buyers are, but most sellers I knew either copied every listing over by hand, or didn't bother with Grailed at all.
The tools that existed weren't good. They'd import your stuff, sure. But when something went wrong, a size, a designer, a sale that didn't sync, you couldn't fix it in the app. You fixed everything yourself, by hand, which kind of defeats the whole point. An app like this is supposed to be plug and play: set it up once, then forget about it.
So I built DEADSTOCK
You connect your store once. Your pieces go up on Grailed with the right designer, size, photos and price. When something sells, on your site or on Grailed, the other listing comes down on its own, so nothing gets sold twice.
And when something is unclear, like a size that doesn't match its description, it doesn't guess. It waits and asks you one plain question. It never adds stock to your store, ever. Restocking is always your call.
Who it's for
Full-time resellers, honestly bigger than me. Thrift resellers too. Really anyone who's into selling clothes, has their own site, and wants more places to sell so more of their pieces actually move. Grailed today, Depop next.
Say hi
It's me on the other end. If you're thinking about it, have a question, or something's broken, write to me at [email protected]. I read everything.

This week.
Week of October 12, 2026
- Honest week: Google suspended an old account of mine and locked me out of a few logins. Annoying, mostly sorted, nothing sellers noticed.
- Designer names: better at reading the designer out of a title, so fewer pieces get stuck as "Other".
- Prices can end in 0 or 5 now. You pick it once in setup.
- Colours: Grailed's menu only has 15 colours, so navy now goes up as Blue instead of "Multi".
- Sizes: if your description says it fits a different size than the tag, the piece waits for you instead of going up wrong.
- Listings Grailed holds back or rejects now show up in your dashboard, so nothing sits there quietly hidden.
- Started on Depop as a second place to sell.
